§ 6.1-53. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Discount by officer, directoror employee of paper refused by bank.

No officer, director or employee of a bank or trust company may purchase ordiscount any note or paper at a rate of interest in excess of what such bankmight charge knowing that such bank has refused to purchase or discount suchpaper.
