§ 6.1-90. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Report of examination;inspection and dissemination to directors.

When any bank is examined under the provisions of this article, a copy of thereport of such examination at any time after completion thereof shall be opento the inspection of the officers and directors of the bank. No other copiesof the report of examination shall be made except as necessary for theinspection. The copies of the report made for officers and directors of thebank shall not be removed from the premises of such bank and other suchcopies shall be destroyed after the inspection has been completed. Theoriginal examination report shall be kept among the records of the Bureau ofFinancial Institutions.

Upon resolution of the board of directors of such bank, such report may atany time during such period be inspected in the bank by the officers anddirectors of any other bank or by any other person designated in suchresolution.
