§ 6.1-91. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Communications to be submittedto board or executive committee.

Each official communication directed by the Commission, or any state bankexaminer, to any bank, or to any officer thereof, relating to an examinationor investigation conducted or made by the Commission, or containingsuggestions or recommendations as to the conduct of the bank shall, ifrequired by the authority submitting same, be submitted by the officer ordirector receiving it, to the executive committee or board of directors ofsuch bank and duly noted in the minutes of such meeting.
