§ 6.1-96. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Reduction of fees.

If the Commission is of the opinion that the amounts of the several chargesand fees fixed by § 6.1-94 will produce a greater sum than required to coverthe costs and expenses to be paid thereby, the Commission may, in itsdiscretion, reduce on a pro rata basis the amount of such charges so fixed.
