§ 6.1-194.107. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) A bank or bank holdingcompany seeking to acquire a savings institution or savings institutionholding company.

For purposes of this chapter, any bank or bank holding company seeking toacquire a savings institution or savings institution holding company, shallbe deemed to be a savings institution or savings institution holding company,as the case may be, for purposes of determining whether such bank or bankholding company is permitted to acquire the savings institution or savingsinstitution holding company in question.
