§ 6.1-194.137. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Effect of repeal oramendment of statute or regulation on existing loan or investment.

Any investment or loan which was in compliance with the provisions of thisarticle or a regulation of the Commission in existence when such investmentor loan was made shall remain a legal investment or loan even though thepower to make such investment or loan in the future is amended or revoked byregulation or by action of the General Assembly.
