§ 6.1-194.139. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) General supervisorypowers of commission.

The Commission shall have general supervision over all state savings banksand their holding companies, service corporations which are owned orcontrolled by one or more state savings banks, and any other persons who aresubject to the provisions of this article.
