§ 6.1-194.3. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Membership in Federal HomeLoan Bank and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
A savings institution may become a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank andthe Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or other federal insurance agencyand conform to the provisions, rules and regulations thereof.
