§ 6.1-194.42. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) When operation of foreignsavings institution in Commonwealth is prohibited.

When the laws, regulations or administrative actions of another state orterritory of the United States prohibit or unfairly impede a stateassociation or state savings bank (as defined in § 6.1-194.110) fromtransacting business in such state or territory, then the savingsinstitutions of such other state or territory are prohibited from transactingbusiness in the Commonwealth.
