§ 6.1-194.6. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Rate of interest chargeableby savings institutions.

In addition to the permissible interest rates and charges specificallygranted to savings institutions by this title, savings institutions may take,receive, reserve, and charge on any loan any rate of interest, finance chargeor other loan charge permitted to any other lender under the laws of theCommonwealth, other than those rates or charges permitted to consumer financecompanies.
