§ 6.1-194.73. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) General supervisory powersof Commissioner.

The Commissioner shall have general supervision over all state associationsand foreign savings institutions transacting business in the Commonwealth,savings institution holding companies whose principal place of business islocated in the Commonwealth, service corporations the principal offices ofwhich are located in the Commonwealth or which are owned or controlled by oneor more state associations, and any other persons which are subject to theprovisions of this chapter.
