§ 6.1-194.74. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Regulations of Commission.

The Commission may adopt such regulations as it deems appropriate to effectthe purposes of this chapter. Before promulgating any regulation, theCommission shall give reasonable notice of its content and shall affordinterested parties an opportunity to present evidence and be heard, inaccordance with the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Commission.

Regulations adopted by the Commission shall continue in effect until amendedor revoked by the Commission or superceded by action of the General Assemblyof Virginia.
