§ 6.1-225.3. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Supervision and regulationby Commission.

Credit unions organized under the provisions of this chapter shall be subjectto the supervision and regulation of the Commission. The Commission mayadopt regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter.

Before promulgating any regulation, the Commission shall give reasonablenotice of its content and shall afford interested parties an opportunity topresent evidence and be heard, in accordance with the Rules of Practice andProcedure of the Commission.
