§ 6.1-227.1. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Commission may regulateissuance of evidences of debt.
The Commission may by regulation prescribe the terms and conditions uponwhich an industrial loan association may issue bonds, debentures or otherevidences of debt, however described, offered to the general public byadvertisement or solicitation.
