§ 6.1-233. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Only one office permitted;how office moved.
An industrial loan association shall not have more than one office for theconduct of its business; and shall not move its office without firstsatisfying the State Corporation Commission that moving its office willpromote the convenience of its customers.
