§ 6.1-237.11. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Fines and penalties.

In addition to the authority conferred upon the Commission by otherprovisions of this chapter, the Commission may impose a fine or penalty notexceeding $1,000 upon any association which it determines, in proceedingscommenced in accordance with its Rules of Practice and Procedure, hasviolated any of the provisions of this chapter or regulations promulgatedpursuant thereto. For the purposes of this section, each separate violationshall constitute a separate offense.
