§ 6.1-237.2. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Annual report.

Each association shall annually, on or before March 25, file a written reportwith the Commissioner containing such information as the Commissioner mayrequire concerning its business and operations during the preceding calendaryear. Reports shall be made under oath and be in the form prescribed by theCommissioner.
