§ 6.1-244. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Short title; references instatutes to "Small Loan Act".
The short title of the law embraced in this chapter is the Consumer FinanceAct. Wherever in the Virginia Acts of Assembly or in the Code of Virginia thephrase "Small Loan Act" shall appear, it shall be taken to mean theConsumer Finance Act.
