§ 6.1-247. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Effect of chapter on otherlaws.

All provisions of this chapter are cumulative to all consistent provisionsand requirements of existing laws relevant to the subject matter of thischapter and the operation and effect of all such provisions and requirementsare hereby reserved except as repealed expressly or by implication because ofirreconcilable inconsistency.
