§ 6.1-253. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Restrictions on name.

No licensee shall use a firm, corporate, or assumed name which contains anyof the following words: "savings," "trust," "trustee," "bank,""banker," "banking," "investment," "thrift," "building," or"industrial," unless such name shall have been authorized and in use by thelicensee on or before January 1, 1944.
