§ 6.1-254. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Application for license; fee.

Application for a license to make loans under this chapter shall be inwriting, under oath, and in the form prescribed by the Commission, and shallcontain: (1) the name and address of the applicant; and (i) if the applicantis a partnership, firm, or association, the name and address of each partneror member; (ii) if the applicant is a corporation or limited liabilitycompany, the name and address of each senior officer, director, member,registered agent, and principal; or (iii) if the applicant is a businesstrust, the name and address of each trustee and beneficiary; (2) the countyor municipality, with street and number, if any, where the business is to beconducted; (3) all other information as may be required by the Commission.

The application shall be accompanied by payment of the sum of $500 as a feefor investigating the application.
