§ 6.1-258. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Contents, posting andtransfer of license.

The license shall contain the address at which the business is to beconducted, the full name of the licensee, or if the licensee is acopartnership or association the names of the members, and if a corporationthe date and place of incorporation. It shall be kept conspicuously posted inthe place of business of the licensee, and it shall not be transferable orassignable.
