§ 6.1-265. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Reinstatement of license.

The Commission may reinstate any suspended license or issue a new license toa person any license of whom has been revoked if no fact or condition thenexists which clearly would have warranted the Commission in refusingoriginally to issue a license under this law.
