§ 6.1-273. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Limitation of interest andcosts after judgment.

If judgment be obtained against any party on any loan made under theprovisions of this chapter neither the judgment nor the loan shall carry,from the date of the judgment, any charges against any party to the loanother than court costs, attorney's fees and interest on the amount of thejudgment at the rate fixed by § 6.1-330.54.
