§ 6.1-283. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Confession of judgment, etc.

No licensee shall take any confession of judgment or any power of attorneyrunning to himself or to any third person to confess judgment or to appearfor the borrower in a judicial proceeding, and any such confession ofjudgment or power of attorney to confess judgment shall be void.
