§ 6.1-292. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Regulation and supervision byCommission; delegation of powers and duties.

All powers and duties of regulation and supervision conferred and imposed bythis chapter are, except as otherwise specifically stated, vested in andimposed upon the Commission, but it may delegate to the Commissioner theexercise of such of these powers and the performance of such of these dutiesas it deems proper, subject to its supervision and control.
