§ 6.1-304. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Incriminating testimony ininjunction suit.

No person shall be entitled to refuse to testify in a suit brought under thepreceding section (§ 6.1-303) because his testimony would tend to incriminatehimself or subject him to penalty or forfeiture but if called to testify bythe Commonwealth or by the court trying the case he may not thereafter beprosecuted for any crime or subjected to any penalty or forfeiture growingout of the transaction concerning which he testifies.
