§ 6.1-305. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Copies of orders orregulations.

On application of any person, and payment of the costs, the Commission shallfurnish such person with a certified copy of any order or regulation made orany license issued by it or by the Commissioner under its authority. Suchcopy shall be prima facie evidence in any court or proceeding of the fact ofthe making of the order or of the issuance of the license or regulation.
