§ 6.1-330.73. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Applicability of §§6.1-330.71, 6.1-330.72 and 6.1-330.85.

Sections 6.1-330.71, 6.1-330.72 and 6.1-330.85 shall not apply to loans madeby any bank, savings institution, industrial loan association, credit union,or to a seller in a real estate sales transaction who takes a subordinatemortgage on such real estate.
