§ 6.1-330.83. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Prepayment penalty forloan secured by home occupied by borrower.

The prepayment penalty in the case of a loan secured by a mortgage or deed oftrust on a home which is occupied or to be occupied in whole or in part by aborrower shall not be in excess of two percent of the amount of suchprepayment.
