§ 6.2-103. (Effective October 1, 2010) Financial institutions to furnishcertain information to fiduciaries.

The provisions of this title and any other provisions of law notwithstanding,any financial institution subject to the provisions of this title shall makeavailable to any fiduciary, upon request, all information concerning assetsor liabilities in which his decedent or ward had or has any interest.
