§ 6.2-1112. (Effective October 1, 2010) Applicability of Virginia UniformCommercial Code to commercial paper and depository activities of savingsinstitutions.

The definitions and provisions contained in Title 8.3A and Title 8.4 shallapply to the commercial paper and deposit account activities of savingsinstitutions doing business in the Commonwealth, to the extent that suchdefinitions and provisions are not inconsistent with the provisions of thischapter.
