§ 6.2-1138. (Effective October 1, 2010) Suspension of business during actualor threatened emergency.

In the event of an actual or threatened enemy attack or civil insurrection orfire, flood, hurricane, earthquake, or other similar natural disaster,affecting the community in which a savings institution is doing business, theoffices of the savings institution thereby affected may be temporarily closedby appropriate officers of the savings institution without prior approval ofthe board of directors or the Commissioner.
