§ 6.2-1152. (Effective October 1, 2010) Law applicable to contracts offoreign savings institutions.
Any contract made by a foreign savings institution with a resident of theCommonwealth or a foreign corporation authorized to do business in theCommonwealth shall be construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth.
