§ 6.2-1164. (Effective October 1, 2010) Acquisitions of state savings bank orholding companies by out-of-state financial institutions.

A state savings bank, or holding company thereof, may not be acquired by afinancial institution, or financial institution holding company, whoseprincipal place of business is outside the Commonwealth, except in accordancewith the provisions of this article.
