§ 6.2-1191. (Effective October 1, 2010) General supervisory powers ofCommission.

The Commission shall have general supervisory powers with respect to allstate associations, state savings banks and their holding companies, foreignsavings institutions transacting business in the Commonwealth, savingsinstitution holding companies whose principal place of business is located inthe Commonwealth, service corporations that are owned or controlled by one ormore state savings banks, service corporations the principal offices of whichare located in the Commonwealth or that are owned or controlled by one ormore state associations, and any other person who is subject to theprovisions of this chapter.
