§ 6.2-1204. (Effective October 1, 2010) Compliance by savings institutionholding companies with federal regulations constitutes compliance withCommission regulations.

Any savings institution holding company that does not have any subsidiariesthat are state savings institutions and that is subject to regulationsadopted by the appropriate federal authority shall be deemed to be insubstantial compliance with the regulations adopted by the Commission if itis in compliance with the regulations adopted by the appropriate federalauthority.
