§ 6.2-1404. (Effective October 1, 2010) Commission may regulate issuance ofevidences of debt.
The Commission may by regulation prescribe the terms and conditions uponwhich an association may issue bonds, debentures, or other evidences of debt,however described, that are offered to the public by advertisement orsolicitation.
