§ 6.2-1421. (Effective October 1, 2010) Civil penalties.

In addition to the authority conferred upon the Commission by otherprovisions of this chapter, the Commission may impose a civil penalty notexceeding $1,000 upon any association which it determines, in proceedingscommenced in accordance with the Commission's Rules, has violated any of theprovisions of this chapter or regulations adopted pursuant thereto. For thepurposes of this section, each separate violation shall constitute a separateoffense.
