§ 6.2-1506. (Effective October 1, 2010) Investigation of application.

A. Upon the filing of the application and the payment of the application fee,the Commission shall make such investigation relative to the application andthe requirements provided for in § 6.2-1507 as it deems appropriate.

B. The Commission shall grant or deny each application for a license within60 days from the date the application, together with all required informationand the application fee, is filed unless the period is extended by order ofthe Commission that recites the reasons for the extension.
