§ 6.2-1509. (Effective October 1, 2010) Contents, posting, transfer, andduration of license.

A. Each license shall contain:

1. The address at which the business is to be conducted;

2. The full name of the licensee or, if the licensee is a partnership orassociation, the names of the partners or members; and

3. If the licensee is a corporation, the date and place of incorporation.

B. The licensee shall keep the license conspicuously posted in its place ofbusiness.

C. The license shall not be transferable or assignable.

D. Each license shall remain in full force and effect until surrendered,revoked, or suspended as provided by this chapter or by lawful order of theCommission.
