§ 6.2-1513. (Effective October 1, 2010) Record and notice of revocation orsuspension.

Whenever the Commission revokes or suspends a license issued pursuant to thischapter, it shall:

1. Enter an order to that effect, which order shall set forth its findings;

2. Compile a record containing (i) a summary of the evidence, (ii) thefindings with respect thereto, (iii) the order, and (iv) the reasonssupporting the revocation or suspension; and

3. Serve a copy of the order upon the licensee.
