§ 6.2-1538. (Effective October 1, 2010) Copies of orders or licenses.

On application of any person, and payment of the costs, the Commission shallfurnish such person with a certified copy of any order entered or licenseissued by it. Such copy shall be prima facie evidence in any court orproceeding of the fact of the entry of the order or of the issuance of thelicense.
