§ 6.2-1610. (Effective October 1, 2010) Annual report.

Each mortgage lender or mortgage broker required to be licensed under thischapter shall annually, on or before March 1, file a written report with theCommissioner containing such information as the Commissioner may requireconcerning his business and operations during the preceding calendar year asto each office. Reports shall be made under oath and shall be in the formprescribed by the Commissioner, who shall make and publish annually ananalysis and recapitulation of the reports.
