§ 6.2-1717. (Effective October 1, 2010) Filing of written report withCommissioner; events affecting a licensee.

Within 15 days of becoming aware of the occurrence of any of the eventslisted below, a licensee shall file a written report with the Commissionerdescribing such event:

1. The institution of revocation or suspension proceedings against thelicensee by any state or other governmental authority;

2. The denial of the opportunity to engage in business by any state or othergovernmental authority;

3. Any felony indictment of the licensee;

4. Any felony conviction of the licensee; and

5. Such other events as the Commission may determine and identify byregulation.
