§ 6.2-1901. (Effective October 1, 2010) License required; exception.

A. No person shall engage in the business of selling money orders or engagein the business of money transmission, whether or not the person has alocation in the Commonwealth, unless the person obtains from the Commission alicense issued pursuant to this chapter.

B. No license under this chapter shall be required of any authorized delegateof a licensee.
