§ 6.2-2225. (Effective October 1, 2010) Application of chapter to Internetloans.
The provisions of this chapter, including specifically the licensurerequirements of § 6.2-2201, shall apply to persons making motor vehicle titleloans over the Internet to Virginia residents, whether or not the personmaking the loan maintains a physical presence in the Commonwealth.
