§ 6.2-2309. (Effective October 1, 2010) Subsequent right of lessee tocontents.

At any time after the mailing of the notice as required by § 6.2-2308 andbefore the expiration of two years, the lessee may require the delivery ofthe contents of the box as shown by the certificate, upon payment of allrentals due at the time of opening the box, the cost of opening the box, thefees of the notary public for issuing his certificate thereon, and allcharges accrued during the period the contents remained in the general safeor box of the company, together with any charges for which the rentalagreement provides.
