§ 6.2-2314. (Effective October 1, 2010) Provisions confer cumulative remedy.

The provisions of this chapter shall not (i) preclude any other remedyexisting for the enforcement of the claims of a company against the person inwhose name the box is rented, nor (ii) bar the right of the company torecover the unpaid portion of the debt from the proceeds of the sale of theproperty deposited with it.
