§ 6.2-309. (Effective October 1, 2010) Charges by banks and savingsinstitutions on installment loans.

Notwithstanding any statutory or case law, a bank or savings institutionmaking a loan payable in installments may impose finance charges and othercharges and fees at such rates and in such amounts and manner as the borrowerhas agreed.
